Arrivals
For mobile appointments: Please be home (or at your booked location) for your scheduled appointment time. If you don’t answer your buzzer or door in the five minutes leading up to your appointment, we may be required to reschedule. Please contact us for assistance.
Appointment changes and cancellations
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book. Please make any appointment adjustments or cancellations 24 hours ahead of time to avoid a late cancel fee of $50. Exceptions will be granted outside of a 24-hour window only in genuine extenuating circumstances. A no show appointment/ghosting will be charged in full with an additional 15% gratuity.
privacy and professionalism
No photos or videos will be taken during your appointment unless officially requested prior to the appointment via text or email, in which case we will have you fill out a consent form.
To ensure the comfort of our Nuyu experts, we ask that anyone with a 🍌 covers their package for the duration of the appointment. Please and thank you.
professional practices
Our Nuyu experts ensure the health of their team members, the sanitization of their equipment, and the professional practice of wearing gloves. If you would prefer your expert to wear a mask during your appointment, please specify ahead of time so they can arrive prepared.
